  1. Where do I park and load in/out?

    • There is plenty of parking in front of the building as well as the rear of the building.

    • We have a back door for easy load into the Green Room and Red Room.

    • There is a dolly on-site if you want to use it. 

  2. What are the hours of availability?

    • Hours are 12:00 pm-10:00 pm daily.  

  3. How flexible are the booking options?

    • Booking is flexible and easy on our booking page.

  4. What are the acoustics like?

    • We have acoustic panels, bass traps, and floor-to-ceiling acoustic curtains to control sound reverberation.

  5. How isolated is the sound from room to room?

    • The rooms are laid out such that none of them share an adjacent wall which significantly reduces the amount of noise-bleed between rooms. 

  6. What equipment comes with the room?

    • Each room is equipped with a name-brand drum kit, 2 Sure SM58 microphones, microphone stands, mic cables, a mixer, 2 PA speakers, wall-mounted guitar hangers, plenty of power outlets, and stools.

  7. Do you rent guitars and amps?

    • Yes, we rent guitars, bass guitars, amps, and additional microphones; pricing is provided on the booking page.

  8. Do you offer recording?

    • Not currently, but it’s on the radar!

  9. Is there a lounge or break area?

    • Yes, there is a common area with sofa, ottoman, arcade game and USB outlets where you can take a break, make a phone call, etc. 

  10. Is there a discount for booking in bulk?

    • Yes! Call for details. 

  11. Are drinks or food allowed?

    • You may bring drinks into the rehearsal rooms. 

    • Food is allowed only in the lounge area.
